CANCELLATION POLICY

Package Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or an authorized communication channel. Cancellation charges shall apply from the date the written request is received.

Tour Package Cancellation Charges

Immediate cancellation after booking confirmation/payment: 10% of the total tour cost + 5% GST
30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour cost
29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
14 days or less before departure or No Show: 100% of the total tour cost

Hotel Cancellation

Within 60 days prior to arrival: 25% retention
Within 15 days prior to arrival: 50% retention
Within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% retention

Flight / Train Tickets

Airline and railway tickets are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective airline or railway authority.

Important Notes

Cancellation charges may vary during peak season, festive periods, or as per supplier policies.
Any amount paid through Bajaj Finance is non-refundable.
Cancellation on the day of departure shall be treated as a No Show, and no refund or adjustment shall be applicable.
During Christmas (19 Dec–25 Dec) and New Year (25 Dec–05 Jan), no cancellations, date changes, or refunds will be entertained.
