Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after receiving written cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made only after deducting applicable cancellation charges, taxes, bank charges, and supplier retention charges.
Payments made through Bajaj Finance are non-refundable.
Airfare, train tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, permits, and third-party services are refundable only as per the respective service provider's policies.
Refund processing may take 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.
In case of government-imposed lockdown or force majeure, a Credit Note may be issued instead of a cash refund, subject to company policy.
No refund shall be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, delayed arrivals, early departures, or No Shows.
