TERMS OF USE

By booking any service with Sarvarth Holidays, you agree to the following terms:

• Confirmation of booking is subject to receipt of the required payment.
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable at least 15 days before departure, unless otherwise specified.
• Hotel rooms, flights, transportation, and other services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Flight fares are dynamic and may change until ticket issuance.
• Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
• The company is responsible only for the services specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary and paid for by the customer.
• Suggested or optional services not included in the package are not the responsibility of the company.
• Child Policy:
  • 0–5 years: Complimentary without extra bed.
  • Above 5–12 years: Chargeable as per child-with-bed or extra-bed policy.
• Tour schedules may be modified due to weather conditions, operational requirements, government regulations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the company's control.
• The company reserves the right to amend prices, itineraries, hotels, transportation, or other services whenever necessary without prior notice.
